Option 1 - Wireless@SG Connect

Install the Wireless@SG Connect software to set up SSA on your device.

Step 1

Please download the Wireless@SG Connect installer package from your operator.

Step 2

Run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions. The installer will configure your device for SSA and also install the Wireless@SG Connect application which allows you to easily access services and applications from your operator.

Once installation is complete, go to a Wireless@SG hotspot and ensure that your devices Wi-Fi function is turned on. You may be prompted for authentication details. If so, enter your Wireless@SG username followed by @domain (e.g. [email protected] ) and your Wireless@SG password. Note that you will only need to enter your credentials once for your device upon your first SSA connection. In the future, whenever you are in any SSA-enabled hotspot, your device will seamlessly and securely connect to Wireless@SG network without the need for you to re-login.

After a few seconds, you should be automatically connected to the "Wireless@SGx" SSID and you can begin surfing.

Once you are connected to the Internet, you can launch the Wireless@SG Connect application to access services and applications from your operator.

Option 2 - Manual Configuration

You can also choose to set up your devices manually for SSA.

Step 2

Follow the step-by-step instructions to set up SSA on your devices. Go to a Wireless@SG hotspot and ensure that your devices Wi-Fi function is turned on. You may be prompted for your login details.
