IDA’s organisation structure is closely aligned with its strategic goals, which are to develop the infocomm cluster as a major engine of growth and to leverage infocomm for economic and social development. It is helmed by a Senior Leadership Team whose members bring together a wide breadth and depth of experience from both the public and private sector. Guiding IDA in its work is the Board of Directors which comprises leading representatives from the public sector, private sector and academia.

To provide greater agility in driving key niche initiatives, IDA has also set up wholly-owned subsidiaries in areas such as the delivery of public service infocomm consultancy and services to foreign governments, the use of equity investments to help develop a globally competitive infocomm industry, administering the Internet domain name space in Singapore, and operating the National Authentication Framework.
