The Critical Infocomm Technology Resource (CITREP) programme aims to encourage upgrading in critical, emerging and hybrid infocomm skills, such as such as product development, cloud computing and software architecture. National Infocomm Competency Framework (NICF)
The National Infocomm Competency Framework (NICF) is a national infocomm roadmap that helps infocomm professionals and employers to determine the types of skills and competencies required for various infocomm jobs and develop training strategies to acquire these skills.
