  • Equipment Registration Framework

    This framework outlines the procedures to be followed and requirements to be fulfilled by equipment suppliers seeking to register their telecommunication equipment for sale and use. Details are given in the document entitled "Guide for Registration of Telecommunication Equipment".
  • Telecommunication Equipment Labels and Advertisements

    The primary purpose of the labelling and advertisement requirements is to facilitate the easy identification of telecommunication equipment which is approved for use in Singapore.
  • Prohibited Telecommunication Equipment

    List of Known Prohibited Telecommunication Equipment Operating in the GSM Frequency Bands (890-915 MHz and 935-960 MHz).

  • Telecoms Cable Detection Work

    With effect from 1 July 2000, the Info-communications Development Authority of Singapore (IDA) has implemented a new licensing scheme for Telecommunication Cable Detection Workers. The licensing scheme will ensure that only qualified personnel is engaged to carry out cable detection work. This will help minimise damages to underground telecommunication cables, which may lead to disruption in telecommunication services.
