SIM-based Connection Guide

Step 1

Check if your device supports EAP-SIM

SIM-based authentication allows the Wireless@SG network to recognise you as a registered user by the identification details stored in your 3G/4G SIM card whenever you are at a Wireless@SG hotspot. After a one-time configuration of supported devices, you will be able to connect to the Wireless@SG network automatically. This feature will be available by 1 April 2014. Manually configure your devices by following the instructions here .

The EAP-SIM login guides detail the steps to connect to Wireless@SG using a supported mobile device using a local SIM card. Users no longer need to register for an account or remember their user names and passwords to use Wireless@SG. Here is the list of supported devices as of 28 March 2014.

*If your device is not listed here, please refer to the Non SIM-based Connection Guide .
