For non-residential buildings, OpenNet's fibre will be deployed up to the building's main distribution frame (MDF) ¹ room or its telecommunications equipment room (TER) ² . When this is done, the building will be considered as "building reached". OpenNet will not charge building owners for the installation.

¹ Main Distribution Frame refers to a frame used as a distribution point as the main distribution point for all wire lines within a building or building development on which incoming main wire lines and the local distribution wire lines are terminated and cross-connected.

² Telecommunication Equipment Room refers to the room within a building or building development used to house equipment for the provision of telecommunication services.
