Overview

To enable Singapore as a regional analytics hub, IDA has collaborated with leading players in the ecosystem as well as local Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) to provide academic programmes, to facilitate industry attachment programmes, and to develop and enhance BA capabilities for local students and professionals.

Objectives

The programmes will enable local manpower to acquire BA skills, through academic courses and continuous education training:

1. For students, through diploma and undergraduate degree programmes.
2. For professionals, through:
   1. Postgraduate degree and/or specialist diploma programmes,
   2. Specialist-level classroom courses, and / or,
   3. On-the-job training programmes.
3. For employers, through partnerships with IHLs for student internships.

Benefits

These programmes are expected to bring about tripartite partnerships among (i) end user companies, (ii) IHLs, and (iii) reputable solutions training providers to drive industry-wide capabilities development and innovations.
