Overview
IDA has issued a Request for Information (RFI) to invite proposals from the industry to provide a comprehensive and cost effective DDoS mitigation service (DMS Service) for websites. Interested parties may submit as an individual entity or a combination of companies as a consortium.
Objectives
The aim of this RFI is to inform the industry on the scope of the DMS Service and to gather:

Industry feedback on the scope for providing a DMS Service for Singapore (both government and industry);

Feedback from the industry regarding the best approach in terms of technologies, innovations, solutions, implementation models and timeline;

Feedback from industry regarding business models and cost estimates.

Submission of Proposals
This RFI is a mechanism for gathering information for establishing DMS Service. It does not constitute procurement.
Respondents are invited to submit proposals for establishing DMS Service in accordance to
Annex C: Guidelines for submission of RFI
. Respondents can either submit proposals for entire scope or a selection of individual segments as listed in
Annex B: Scope of RFI
.

The closing date of the submission is 13 May, 2013 at 1200hrs. Please send all submissions to
