Productisation - Technology Innovation Programme

IDA, together with SPRING, will help SMEs grow their businesses through the innovative use of infocomm technologies over the next 3 years under the Technology Innovation Programme (TIP). The programme supports costs (eg. Manpower, equipment and professional fees) incurred for the innovations.

Infocomm for Growth@SME encourages SMEs in the same industry to make full use of infocomm for business expansion. The aim is to help SMEs improve their businesses and benefit the respective industrial sectors. IDA will urge SMEs to either form groups among themselves or go through their respective chambers or trade associations to work with IDA. Through this joint effort, a few SMEs will have a common system instead of a customised system of their own, which is often more expensive. This way, the common system can incorporate good practices from the industry and SMEs can learn from each other, and even lower the cost of the system at the same time.

Infocomm Innovation@SME aims at SMEs who are ready to transform their businesses using infocomm and want to set themselves as role models for others.
