Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Enablement Programme
SaaS Enablement Programme is launched by IDA for specific industry verticals. The programme provides funding for manpower, training and professional services to Singapore based software vendors.
Data Centre Park (DCP)
The Data Centre Park (DCP) project aims to develop a specialised industrial park that offers a conducive, efficient and cost-competitive environment for data centres (DC), and to attract content providers, telecoms companies and MNCs to Singapore. The proposed development of a DCP will help to address several of the key issues that DC providers face today. These are to improve the cost and energy efficiency of DCs by providing cost savings through efficient energy infrastructure, to ensure resiliency by designing and deploying redundant infrastructure, and to increase speed to market by customising industrial park guidelines and by demarcating ready plots of land for DC development.
National Authentication Framework (NAF)
The National Authentication Framework (NAF), spearheaded by IDA, with support from the Monetary Authority of Singapore and Ministry of Finance, will be a nationwide platform where consumers can enjoy consistent experience in using strong authentication to access key online services and a more rigorous process of verifying online identities. With NAF, online service providers such as government agencies and financial institutions will be able to outsource their second-factor authentication infrastructure to trusted third parties authentication operators.

Next Generation Nationwide Broadband Network (Next Gen NBN)
Singapore's Next Generation National Infocomm Infrastructure comprises the ultra high-speed Next Generation Nationwide Broadband Network (Next Gen NBN) and the pervasive Wireless Broadband Network (WBN). The Next Gen NBN will entrench Singapore's Infocomm hub status and open the doors to new economic opportunities, business growth and social vibrancy for the country. The Next Gen NBN will offer pervasive, competitively priced, ultra-high broadband speeds of 1Gbps and beyond.
Singapore Internet Exchange
The Singapore Internet Exchange (SGIX) is established as a neutral Internet Exchange to enhance the Internet environment for local and international IP traffic. It has established two nodes in different locations within Singapore that will form the core of the Internet Exchange. It will play an important role in the deployment of services over the Next Generation Nationwide Broadband Network by allowing the efficient exchange of traffic, reducing latency and ensuring sustainable performance for bandwidth-intensive services to be optimally delivered to the end-users. The shared ownership of the SGIX facilitates self-regulation by the members and ensures that the SGIX aligns to the interests of its members from the infocomm industry.
Wireless Broadband Network
Singapore’s Next Generation National Infocomm Infrastructure comprises both wired and wireless networks to ensure Singaporeans enjoy seamless connectivity. To complement the Next Generation Nationwide Broadband Network, the Wireless Broadband Network will be deployed in key catchment areas around Singapore and offer wireless access at highly affordable rates under a Wireless Broadband Market Development Call-For-Collaboration.
Wireless@SG Programme
Wireless@SG is a wireless broadband programme developed by IDA as part of its Next Generation National Infocomm Infrastructure initiative. It is run by three local wireless operators - iCELL Network, M1 and SingTel. Users can enjoy free, both indoor and outdoor seamless wireless broadband access with speeds of up to 1 Mbps at public areas.
