2012 in Review
It has been an exciting year for Singapore infocomm as Calls for Collaboration seeded in previous years started to bear fruit, catalysing infocomm adoption in sectors ranging from financial services to hospitality and retail and small and medium enterprises.
On the infrastructure front, the demand for Next Gen NBN connectivity grew as its benefits began to resonate with businesses and consumers. Efforts to further strengthen the infocomm industry and build up Singapore's infocomm talent pool also continued to gain traction, in tandem with measures to ensure a pro-consumer, pro-business infocomm environment and a digitally inclusive society.
